Express Written Consent

By submitting a form on our website, you provide your express written consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Saddle Ridge Senior Living, a Calson Management community, using an automatic telephone dialing system. By opting in, you certify that you are (i) at least 18 years of age; and (ii) the account holder or have the account holder’s permission to enroll the number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, tour, residency agreement, or service.

Program Description

When you submit your information through a form on our website, you may receive both marketing messages (such as event invitations, community updates, promotional offers, and announcements about openings or availability) and transactional messages (such as tour confirmations, appointment reminders, follow-ups from our team, and responses to your inquiries).

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the nature of your inquiry. You may receive up to 4 messages per month, or more frequently based on inquiry status and community events.

How to Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message you receive from us, and we will unsubscribe you from our messaging program. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message acknowledging that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive messages from us. If you wish to rejoin, sign up again through our website form or reply START.Opt-out requests submitted via any channel (text, email, phone) will be honored within 10 business days.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Saddle Ridge Senior Living and Calson Management harmless from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your provision of a mobile number that is not your own or your failure to notify us if you relinquish your mobile number.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the SMS messaging program or these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued enrollment in the program following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
