Calson Management (“Calson”) is a second generation, family-owned and operated group with over 30 years of experience in the Senior Housing industry. The company’s mission is to serve the health needs & improve the quality of life for aging seniors who need assistance with daily activities. Calson Management provides a full suite of services and solutions for every aspect of a Senior Living project, including but not limited to pre-development, development, owner’s representation, horizontal and vertical construction as well as long term operations. The company is vertically-integrated with a built out administrative team, including a marketing director, care coordinator, relations director, activities director, dining services coordinator, and IT director. Calson has focused operations that target the California market, as although California is the sixth youngest state, it is projected to age faster than the entire nation.

Calson’s current portfolio includes eight properties across California, including over 642 units of Seniors Housing inventory with an aggregate market value of more than $150 million. The company is extremely active and growth-oriented, with four other communities currently under construction and four other Projects currently into the pre-development process, totaling an aggregate of 368 units in the pipeline.
