Mountain View FJLT Project 

The project proposes to construct a 3-story mixed-use building with ground level parking spaces for employees and visitors and required landscaping. The 1st level of the  project will include restaurant and retail uses fronting El Camino Real and a memory care facility on the 2nd and 3rd levels. The ground floor level would include 2 retail spaces, building lobby and a restaurant / kitchen.

One of the key retail spaces will be anchored by a new FJLT.  FJLT is pleased to be able to maintain their presence and continue to offer the Mountain View community the same quality food they have offered over the past 61 years! One of the unique features of the retail space is that the project has a combined kitchen that will service both FJLT and the 60 bed memory care Memory Care Facility. The kitchen will be visually interesting to pedestrian.
