Meet our Memory Care Communities

Calson Management is proud to offer three Memory Care Communities: Crescent Oaks in Sunnyvale, Silver Oaks in Menlo Park, and Pacific Oaks in Montara. Memory Care Communities can be standalone facilities or part of a senior living community with multiple levels of care. They provide specialized care for seniors experiencing memory loss, often due to Alzheimer’s disease or another type of dementia. These communities are designed specifically for those exhibiting a cognitive decline in memory and functions.

So, what makes Calson Communities different? For one, all our communities are small, creating an intimate and homey feeling for residents. Nestled in residential areas (private neighborhoods) with a dedicated staff, residents can enjoy a quiet experience with more 1:1 attention. We also offer our unique Aviator Care Program. Tailored to our memory care residents, this program has been successfully benefitting residents in our communities for over ten years. Each part of the program promotes a better, happier, and healthier lifestyle for our memory care residents. The Aviator Care program includes caregivers trained to understand the challenges of memory loss; memory-focused activities; thoughtful interiors to promote safety and comfort; sensory boards to promote motor skills; and colors to enhance visibility. The goal is to provide calm and secure communities while engaging residents in the latest thinking and providing them with a more meaningful and fulfilling lifestyle.

When you move in we can provide help with coordination in receiving the COVID-19 vaccine!  Contact us today to learn more about our memory care communities or to take a tour. And keep an eye out for our upcoming series of spotlights focusing on each of our three amazing memory care communities.
